1. GENERAL
1.1 The use of personal data by FEROZE HOT YOGA, based in Brussels and the business addresses FEROZE HOT YOGA 207 Avenue Louise, 1050 Brussels is based on the applicable legal regulations and the consent given by the user to the use of his data.
1.2 FEROZE YOGA operates two Yoga studios. Various sports and leisure services and products (collectively the “sports offering”) can be booked, reserved or purchased via FEROZE YOGA. The sports offerings are provided by FEROZE YOGA itself. The subject of the contract is the use of FEROZE YOGA's services (the "Service"). The use of FEROZE YOGA's services is carried out by users (the "User").
1.3 FEROZE YOGA is aware that the protection and careful handling of the user's personal data is very important. Since data protection is very important to FEROZE YOGA, FEROZE YOGA strictly adheres to the legal regulations applicable in Germany (GDPR, Telecommunications Act TKG/TMG) when using this data.
1.4 The user is required to visit FEROZE YOGA's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regarding the subject matter of the contract, the user's obligations, limitations of liability and numerous other important information on the FEROZE YOGA website under the domain
2. COLLECTION OF DATA
2.1 FEROZE YOGA collects and stores any information that the user provides on the Fitograms platform (“Fitograms”) and that is transmitted to FEROZE YOGA in the course of an online booking or that the user provides to FEROZE YOGA in any other way, for example on site. FEROZE YOGA uses the user's personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user's consent. If consent is declared electronically as part of an online booking via Fitograms, Fitograms takes into account the legal information requirements and records this consent using suitable technical systems.
2.2 FEROZE YOGA uses the following personal data of the user: name, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, profile pictures, place of residence, booking details and existing products.
3. PURPOSE OF DATA USE
3.1 We process your data as part of the fulfillment of the contract for the following purposes:
a) To make reservations and store open products.
b) To create invoices.
c) To create a booking history.
You can object to this data processing. A revocation means that we will no longer process your data for the purposes mentioned above from this point onwards. Please note that FEROZE YOGA services cannot continue to be used if you revoke your consent and the user profile must be deleted. To revoke your consent, please contact: info@ferozeyoga.com
3.2 If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process your data to send you our newsletter. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time directly via the link under the newsletter emails or by email to: info@ferozeyoga.com
3.3 We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. By default, FEROZE YOGA profiles, including the profile data provided by the user, are deleted 10 years after the last booking in the event of inactivity and without a valid product (e.g. 10-card, subscription, etc.).
Data that is on an invoice or is necessary for creating an invoice will be retained for longer due to the legal retention period. After the retention period has expired, this data will also be deleted.
4. DATA SECURITY
4.1 For reasons of data security, personal data is stored in a closed system (Fitograms) and protected with a password.
4.2 Fitograms is a contract data processor for FEROZE YOGA and has taken appropriate measures to ensure data security (see: https://content.fitogram.pro/privacy/ ).
4.3 If FEROZE YOGA becomes aware that the user's data has been used systematically and seriously unlawfully and that the user is at risk of harm as a result, FEROZE YOGA will inform the user immediately.
4.4 The FEROZE YOGA website contains links to other services or websites. FEROZE YOGA is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. If the user follows the link to another website, the user is solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with the privacy policy of that other website. FEROZE YOGA's privacy policy is limited only to information processed by FEROZE YOGA.
4.5 FEROZE YOGA uses other processors in addition to Fitograms for this data processing. We pass on your data to the following additional recipients or recipient categories:

Your data will be processed within the EU or EEA. The appropriate level of protection results from an adequacy decision by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR.
5. USE OF COOKIES
