What is Hot Yoga?
Original Hot Yoga is a dynamic series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, taught in 60 or 90 minute classes. It’s practiced in a heated room, which promotes deep stretching, while minimizing the risk of injuries. Hot Yoga is known for its healing benefits, this practice engages every muscle, joint & organ, ensuring oxygenated blood flow throughout your body.
By the end of a class you’ll feel restored, with improved strength, flexibility, balance & a calm mind.

Why the Hot Room?
So you don’t injure yourself!
In a warm room, the muscles are soft & easier to stretch, allowing you to flow through the class without injury.A good analogy is a Blacksmith: when reshaping metal, he heats it up so he can mold & shape it without breaking it. The heat works the same way for your body, making your muscles more flexible & less prone to injuries.
